Nothing has given us greater pleasure at Ayr Curling Club than to read the following announcement.
"Kirsty Letton has been awarded the MBE for Services to Curling in the Queen’s Birthday Honours lists.
Kirsty (Troon Portland CC & Glasgow Ladies CC) has been heavily involved in volunteering for over 40 years, consistently donating her time & energy to improve curling in Scotland & across the world.
She has volunteered in a number of different capacities including event organisation & delivery, coaching, assessing, ambassadorial roles, statistician, tutoring & numerous development committee roles."
