Three teams travelled to Kinross on Thursday 2nd March to compete in the Intercity match for the Tom & Mattie Smillie Trophy.
This was the first opportunity since pre-Covid and was last played for in 2019. Kinross rink looked resplendent and the hospitality was excellent. Unfortunately and well played by Kinross, the trophy will remain at Kinross with the victors.
All three matches went to Kinross skipped by J. Barr, D. Rodger and S. Wilcox. Ayr teams were, Skip A. Kerr, C. Lawrence, K. Ireland, A. Young : Skip G. Morton, J. Morton, G. Jack, S. Jack : Skip M. White, R. White, D. McIntyre, L. McIntyre.
