Ayr took on Corstorphine on Friday 27th September, the team skipped by Bobby Ireland with Billy Howat , Gemmell Jack ,Ken Ireland winning 6-4, while David Kerr's team of Gavin Morton, Tom Neil and Bert Andrews had a good 10-3 win . An extremely social game was followed by an even more social meal and blether in the beautifully refurbished Murrayfield curling rink .
